Give nadlens a street photo and it tells you where it was taken, with the evidence for every guess: the sign it read, the building it matched, the map feature that fits.
How it works
- A first guess anywhere. A visual language model reads the scene and the signs, and checks what it finds against OpenStreetMap to narrow it down to a country, city and area.
- A close guess where we have data. In regions we have prepared, it compares the photo with reference street imagery to get down to the neighbourhood.
- A judge that shows its work. The result is a location, a circle of confidence and the list of clues behind it.
Good to know
nadlens never detects or follows people. It answers at neighbourhood level, turns down photos that are about a person, and does not keep your photos. It starts with Istanbul, then the rest of Türkiye, then the world.
